Throughout the process, you will think, see, understand, and feel like never before. If your body learns that you can’t be trusted to drink enough water, it increases your appetite to ensure the necessary water arrives through food." You're too Good to Feel This Bad by Dr. Nate Dallas is a book of Self-help genre but is no ordinary Self-Help. Who do you want to be? For each chapter, he shares the best tips and actionable steps you can implement to live an extraordinary and beautiful life. What do you think was Nate ailing from? was it a cancerous infestation, a malign tumour, an unknown disease or something entirely out of the world? Well, the ailment might not have been literally out of the world but the diagnosis sure is. Nate was surviving his fast-paced professional life on a strict overdose of stress and anxiety. He then moves on to the psychological aspects of our state of mind, our needs, and our emotions. How our state of mind impacts our decisions and actions is beautifully written and so are the triggers that can improve our state of mind - music, body language, smile, gratitude, etc.

Minimalism should be standard, not radical. It shouldn’t even have a name. What average people today are unconsciously doing should be labeled as ‘excessivism,’ ‘consumptionism,’ or at least a form of addiction.” You’re too good to feel this bad is a guide of practical, doable, achievable daily steps that can help you live what you know you want but don’t know how to live. It is an all-rounder with health, relationships, finance, mindset and so much more to live an unorthodox life because it is true what he says, you’re too good to feel this bad. It is a self-help book and ideal for those in their late 20s and early 30s. The author has structured the book so well, starting with essential but often neglected physiological aspects such as sleep, breathing, and nutrition. I found it fascinating to read about the role of adenosine in our sleep cycles and how caffeine interrupts this process. It's mind-boggling to know what stress and anxiety can do to our bodies, apart from what they do to our brain. The book's purpose is to empower us with information about it and to inculcate lifestyle changes to improve the quality of life. This book is a concise and improved version of several other self-help books. The refreshing thing about mindset changes is how rapidly they can occur. Once you take action on a particular thing, you are no longer someone who hasn’t done that thing. If you jump out of a plane, you are no longer someone who would never skydive.”

Me no mistake: poor sleep always negatively affects the mind, body, and spirit. There is no escaping this truth, so if you are serious about living, you must be serious about sleeping. The world is going through a lot in this pandemic. Each and every living creature has been affected by it. People are unable to escape out of it and live life peacefully as before. Somewhere they have a fear that what will happen?

Dr. Nate Dallas’ autobiographical book describes his illuminating personal journey out of the anxiety and entrapment epidemic that plagues so many highly successful individuals. He challenges you to reject societal expectations and lead the unconventional life you know you deserve in his unapologetically straightforward manner. He delivers an enjoyable and educational trip in this way. He turns intricate procedures into a workable, methodical prescription that will improve your experience. It will make you giggle while meaningfully testing you. You will think, see, comprehend, and experience things as never before during the process. Put your seat belt on and keep your eyes forward. You will adore this journey! If you have the viewpoint that if you don't have steps or some tangible stuff to do after listening to this (which you will certainly have) you aren't ready to read or listen to a book like this which places the responsibility on the listener to take action on the topics being discussed. If you are the type that likes to complain about not having a list of actionable steps, I don't have the resources, or any other reason why you can't try to apply this information, then you are missing the point and you aren't ready for this book.
