I haven't, but I feel that being on the cusp of not only moving house, but moving to what will quite likely be the most significant home of my adult life, is a good time to make this list. This one is only partly to avoid bristly chin hairs and ugly black manproducts in and around 'my' sink.And I don't just mean a candle, though if you're reading this, lovely person who does PR for Tom Dixon, I definitely wouldn't say no to a candle. The illustrations, by Doris Susan Smith, are detailed and utterly delightful--you'll find something new every time you pick up the book. I loved reading this book with my children, not only for the charming story of the architect mouse but also because it is beautifully illustrated by Doris Smith.

Whenever I got to my grandma who lives about 6 hours away, I picked up this book just to stare at the beautiful illustrations for hours.
