We booked in with Lawrence and had our first meeting over zoom where he described the process to us and explained some of the botanicals. We wanted some quite rogue botanicals but he didn't say no and searched everywhere for them! I would recommend this to anyone who is getting married and loves gin!! It is perfect for our gin-themed wedding. On the day - you really get involved!! From our botanical choice Lawrence had already made up calculations for our bespoke gin recipe and we were ready to weigh them all out, change a few here and there and then start distillation. We were there for about 3 hours and had the most amazing day. Lawrence was extremely knowledgeable, took us through and involved us in every single step and we learnt so much! You also get to try the gin throughout the distillation to try the flavours as they come through!
