I love the table extension. I don't quilt,--it just helps to have a bit more table on my side of the presser foot as well as to the left. The only way this could be better is if I just took a 6' long slab of laminate countertop and made a hole in it to fit the machine. Also the throat is 1-2 inches more than most machines, which would really help quilters with larger quilts.
