Jennifer Medhurst AKA "the imperfect nutritionist" is a registered nutritionist, mBANT, rCNHC with a private clinic based in London. She also had a whole host of other issues from sore joints; unbearable stomach problems; constant headaches; burning muscles and rashes.

Her autonomic nervous system struggled to function properly; which meant that she could not control her heart rate and blood pressure properly, so she would have regular fainting spells and terrifying heart palpitations. I’m an mBANT rCNHC registered nutritionist and founder of Jennifer Medhurst Nutrition, a private virtual nutrition clinic with offices in central London and LA.Soon after she started practising as a nutritionist, she noticed that no matter what aspect of a client’s health she was dealing with, there were common principles that underpinned any nutrition plan she was writing.
