The Malfy Sour: In a shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz. of Malfy gin, 1 oz. of lemon juice, 1 oz. of simple syrup, and egg whites. Shake well and strain into a glass. What can you mix Malfy with? practically anything! However, we recommend trying it with orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, lime juice, tonic water, sparkling wine, or dry vermouth. How do you serve Malfy pink gin? To serve Malfy pink gin with tonic water, fill a highball glass with ice and pour in 3-4 ounces of gin. Stir well and top with tonic water.Fill a Copa glass with ice and add the gin. Top up with your desired amount of tonic water. Recommended Garnish Place plenty of ice into a Collins glass. Pour over the ingredients and stir gently. Recommended Garnish Heat 60ml of the grapefruit juice with the sugar in a small saucepan, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir into the rest of the grapefruit juice. Add the gin.
