I have used this tent a quite a few times. I love it. It collapsed once on me and that was when I 1st started camping so I am putting that down to inexperience. It has stood through heavy rain and wind. It is not that heavy to move. If the brand you buy is important to you, our best advice is to spend some time writing up your own list of ideal brands. That way when you come to the point where you’re comparing product options you can filter to only show the products from brands in your list. Pop up tents are all about convenience, so getting them up and down in good time and without frustration is a key part of what makes them good or bad.

We used it a couple of times in 2007 and a couple of times this summer, but not at all in 2008 (didn't have time to go camping last year!) We used two of those in 05 and I was quite impressed considering how little they cost. They also came in blue and grey I think. Cons: No inner tent liner to keep out mosquitoes when the zipped door is left open but, again, this is less of an issue if the tent is mostly for sleeping in.

I dont suppose anyone has this tent and has the instructions do they? Ive lost mine and i dont know where to start in putting it up.

It is so easy to put up, completely idiot proof. You simply can't get it wrong. The front porch bit was big enough to put the coolbox on one side and the general big camping box on the other so I had the full space inside for my sleeping bag and clothes etc. I'm only 5ft4, and it wasn't tall enough to stand up in, but I didn't really find that to be an issue. Like the compact size, the modest price and surprised by the amount of usable space - at 1.8m, can stand upright no problem. Room for everything we take (and that's a lot!) camping with us. I am quite sure i am capable of putting a tent up, but thought id just ask to see if anyone happened to have the instructions to hand. Putting it up was easy, in spite of my allowing the instructions to blow away on the wind! The sleeping area is a good size, the outer living area is more than adequate to allow two people to shelter from a serious storm, stand up, move around, and keep all the clothing and equipment out of the storm.
