Edit: oops parece que si tiene continuación. 😱 Aunque no tenga tanta buenas reseñas seguramente lo lea. Saeki is "cool as a cucumber" all the time (Wataru's words), displays barely any emotions except his love for Wataru; and Wataru is mostly happy, except when it comes to being lovey-dovey, then he completely freezes up. I totally get being nervous and I also get Saeki for wanting to do it, but the unbalanced energies really mess it all up. He also has an unintentional sarcastic streak, for instance responding to the main character in the following manner:

Mizuki Tsujimura ( Anime Supremacy!) and Kodansha published the original three-volume novel series in 2004, with a new two-volume re-release in 2007. Arakawa launched the manga adaptation in Kodansha's Monthly Shōnen Magazine in December 2007, and ended it in April 2009. Kodansha published four volumes for the manga.

I just never managed to get into them - well now, that’s an interesting thing to say about one’s exes…. Synopsis: After Natsumi's younger sister and best friend Haru dies at the age of 19, she begins dating Haru's fiancee Togo - on the condition that he take her only to places he had taken her sister. Their relationship deepens as the seasons pass, but Haru's Curse lies between them... Will there be happiness after Haru's Curse is broken? Synopsis: It's no easy feat to keep a body happy and healthy, so even the newest cells have their tiny-winey, chubby-wubby hands full! Join these cute baby cells as they work hard within their newborn baby body, in this newest (literally!) spinoff of Cells at Work!

The art is really good. There are some really nice scenes, it's all done very well. There's nothing confusing or out of place. The characters have some great expressions and it all works really well. Zero complaints. Nov 25 i☆Ris the Movie - Full Energy!! - Anime Film Teaser Visual Revealed at i☆Ris Live Stage in Anime NYC & i☆Ris First Performance in New York Successfully CompletedLike, in small doses that sort of thing could be cute, kind of... but idk. That's all there is here. I mean I think I could appreciate a drama free, happy, just living our best lives, enjoying our relationship type of story... if I felt like they were actually having one. I think what makes this manga great is that it is pure slice of life. Nothing particularly happens and if you were to write down the plot you'd struggle to come up with things to say. Since there's no summary above, I'll try and explain the plot. Wataru is working at a cinema and they are both attending different universities. They don't get to see each other as much as they'd like to. They go see movies together and then go to a firework show, then they take a trip to an island. That's about it but that's what I love about it. We had all the drama in the first volume but this is pure wholesome romantic bliss. Hola lectores! No puedo creer que por fin les traiga una reseña! Todavía sigo un poco con bloqueo lector, por lo tanto me esta costando engancharme en los libros. If at this point you're sensing something major looming in the future, you're not wrong. It's not tragic, which is nice, and certainly not irreparable either, but it does force Wataru to more fully confront his own emotions and to realize that while Saeki may have said he didn't expect anything to come of his crush, Wataru himself now wants their relationship to change. He's worried, because Saeki really is a good friend, but the rest of it doesn't matter, and that's lovely to see. It's especially nice because of the way that the art shows us how both boys are feeling – Saeki gives the impression of holding himself very tightly, while Wataru slowly begins to incline towards Saeki, both in his feelings and in the way his body language changes over the course of the book. By the time the confession comes, we're expecting it, but that doesn't cheat it of any of its impact.

Furuya serialized the manga in Ichijinsha's gateau magazine from 2017 to 2019. Ichijinsha released two compiled book volumes for the manga. The first volume is titled Kimi wa Natsu no Naka ( My Summer of You), while the second volume is titled Kimi to Natsu no Naka ( My Summer With You). Nagisa Furuya has a gift for drawing characters whose facial expressions and reactions tell us so much more than their words do (she’s especially good at eyes). Her BL manga are understated and subtle; as in real life, the vagaries of the summer weather (in spite of those limpid blue skies in the colour art) play a part in the way the relationship between Saeki and Wataru develops. i loved their confession scenes (Saeki in the beginning and Wataru towards the end)!! the way they had done it was SO who they were as a character and it was the cutest. 🥺 I liked seeing glimpses of their separate lives and the time they spend with their friends. It's a healthy balance, with absolutely no drama about possessiveness, sudden romantic rivals, or unnecessary bursts of jealousy - they care about each other, and they're confident and secure in their relationship. Kind of a unique thing to see in this genre, really. True to his promise, Saeki chose a university in Tokyo after graduation - different from Wataru's, but close enough for them to (fairly) easily see each other. They are pretty busy, though...along with usual class loads, Saeki is doing some tutoring for extra money, while Wataru works at a movie theater (Saeki's suggestion). They still meet up on weekends to see movies together (both in theaters and at Saeki's apartment), and make a point of planning dates like a fireworks festival and another film-themed pilgrimage.
