A brand new sustainable British vodka has been launched in a bespoke embossed amber glass bottle designed and manufactured by Beatson Clark. Starting from 95p, the range will be displayed with the Nurture branding and includes alcohol-free spirits and drinks, rum, vodkas, vegan and gluten free snacks, and high-fibre lower-sugar alternatives to sweet treats. It took three years and more than 100 tasting sessions to get the recipe for Broken Clock perfected. The Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka name comes from the Dutch Barn that was on the farm and has been preserved in the design of the distillery and the apple orchard being planted around the Ellers Farm Distillery. Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka is names after the barn that holds the distillery at the farm in North Yorkshire.

The Original Orchard Vodka, this multi-award winning spirit is distilled at our North Yorkshire farm by our passionate vodka farmers who have created a flawless, consciously crafted liquid to give vodka its crown back. But it has been an amazing journey so far and we are now so close to producing the first spirits of what we hope will become a range that will see vodka as our main spirit but with several other small batch spirits including gin and whisky. As part of our sustainable design choices, we have a closed loop cooling system, enabling us to recycle 97% of the water used in our cooling processes, which saves roughly 3 days’ water per week compared to alternative cooling methods.
