The Transformers: Best of Megatron (2010) — TPB collection reprinting Megatron stories from Marvel, Dreamwave and IDW. Note: The Transformers: Autocracy was also reissued in a smaller format under the name The Transformers: Rise of the Autobots. Collects The Transformers (1984) #48: "The Flames of Boltax!", Transformers Annual 1985: " And There Shall Come...a Leader!", Transformers: The Animated Movie #1: "The Gathering Storm", The War Within #1, Spotlight: Optimus Prime, and Stormbringer #4. Skywarp ought to be on Earth at this point in time, having chronologically last been seen at the end of the Bumblebee mini-series. Whether or not he was captured by Skywatch at the end of that story was left unclear, but it seems unlikely he could have reached this asteroid. Of course, he can teleport, and he was later seen with Megatron in part 5 of Revenge of the Decepticons. A collaboration between Marvel Comics and IDW featuring the first ever crossover between the Transformers and New Avengers. Though it has minimal effects on the overall universe, it was specifically designed to fit into continuity between Infiltration and Escalation. This series has been effectively rendered non-canon for both IDW and Marvel... or at least "yeah we don't talk about that" territory.

The Dinobots head out into the Cybertronian wilderness on a secret mission. A one-shot story written by John Barber and drawn by Livio Ramondelli. Bonus material includes a discussion of the production stages on Megatron: Origin by Eric Holmes, a cover gallery and an intro by Simon Furman.

Transformers: Magazine (2007) — [4 issues] Reprints three comics per issue from the Marvel, Dreamwave and IDW runs.

Collects The Transformers (2009) issues #21: "Police Action: Prologue", #22– 23, #25, #27& #29, and Spotlight: Bumblebee. The Transformers: The IDW Collection Compendium, Vol. 1 (2016) — The first two volumes of The IDW Collection combined. Cover A: Arcee, Nova Prime, the Pretender Monsters, Ultra Magnus, Fortress Maximus and some dead guy by Alex Milne and Josh Perez. Bonus material includes an "-Ations" retrospective, sketchbook art from Alex Milne and E. J. Su reprinted from individual Spotlights.

An ongoing series in the aftermath of All Hail Megatron. The series is penned by Mike Costa, with art on the first arc by Don Figueroa, and eventually a string of different artists. In 2017, a version of the Hearts of Steel story was retroactively folded into the main IDW universe via Revolutionaries; the first two stories listed here are also canon in the ongoing G1 continuity. Another Phase 2 crossover which involves Transformers (formally known as Robots In Disguise) and Windblade. Transformers: Nefarious (2010) — A 6-issue sequel to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen dealing with a group of humans trying to create their own AllSpark.

Hearts of Steel (2006) — Places the Generation 1 Transformers in the American West during the Industrial Revolution.Transformers: Fall of Cybertron (2012) — A digital-first prequel/tie-in to the video game, focusing on the Dinobots.

The crowds. When I can feel them behind me. The lights. The roar. And that one moment, that one single moment, when I know what I'm doing really matters." Arcee states that she was the first female Transformer experiment and it is implied she is something rare and (perhaps) unique. However nothing in the issue states that she was the only female Transformer created due to Jhiaxus's program. Indeed, in Megatron Origin and All Hail Megatron a number of female Transformers make cameo appearances. However, as the comics went on, Arcee would be treated as the only female Transformer by other writers until " Dark Cybertron" introduced ones from other worlds. Lost Light #8 would later retcon that the female Transformer cameos were Cybertronians but weren't the result of Jhiaxus, instead the result of Cybertronians going offworld and coming to self-realisation that they were female. Note: Monstrosity was originally 12 digital chapters and was then collected into 4 print comics. I have included the print comics in this list. Collects: Material from The Transformers Holiday Special, Redemption, The Transformers (2014 series) #46-50, and More Than Meets The Eye #50-55 The Transformers: Generations (2006–2007) — [12 issues] Reprints random old Marvel Comics issues, specifically ones that did not feature Marvel-owned characters such as Circuit Breaker.Cover A: Cliffjumper, superimposed over an image of Decepticons, Kita and Coll; art by Robby Musso and colors by Priscilla Tramontano. Star Trek vs. Transformers (2018–2019) — Five-issue limited crossover series featuring the cast of Star Trek's 1974 animated series.
