Vaani VetriKo, Co-Founder of Neitiv comments; “As a woman from Malaysia, growing up I learnt that drinking beer was frowned upon and something I wasn’t able to enjoy. Neitiv was created to empower all people to enjoy great tasting beer. As part of this, we’re supporting projects such as All Yours Period Poverty as we want to enable people in all areas of their lives. We have exciting plans for the future with new product launches and support for more projects that help to empower all people.” Coconut Shell Candle: Each one is unique, which means colour, pattern, finish, height and capacity may slightly differ as coconut shells are a product of nature. This beer from Colorado drops every fall and is usually available through the winter. It’s a creamy milk stout, made with milk sugar and is reminiscent of the chocolate milk we used to down as kids. Our Coconut Flower Beer is designed to create a welcoming environment for women who may feel intimidated or excluded from beer culture. We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy the drinks they like without fear of judgment or discrimination. That's why we created a beer that is designated to make women feel more invited and welcome.

Celebrate your ACCOMPLISHMENTS and SUCCESS! Your special moments are worth celebrating. Celebrate all the small wins and milestones in the journey. Why are Coconut Flower Drops costly? Because the nectar/sap has to be tapped at the top of the coconut tree before sunrise, which is both challenging and risky – there are few who are skilled enough and their insurance is understandably high. The drops have to be collected and stored in specially designed chilled containers, transported to a custom-built plant, and maintained in end-to-end cold chain logistics. This beer was in the fermenter for about 10 days with the coconut so just over 2 weeks I think. Reply Neitiv has launched the UK’s first Coconut Flower Beer. With an exciting and unique tasting flavour according to the company, the new range of premium British lager uses nutritious coconut flower drops as a key ingredient. Entirely vegan, sustainably produced in the UK and with low-calorie content, the beer is reportedly the first of its kind. Gluten-free: Ninkasi, Sweet Lager (ABV1.5%) are Menquet, Light Lager (ABV2.5%) are Gluten-free with less than 3ppm gluten (the requirement is less than 20ppm to be classified as 'gluten-free'). Since we are reducing the gluten-level through our process, we conduct test for each of our production to identify the gluten-level.

We believe all women should have access to period protection during their menstruation; it should be a basic human right. Learn More Here’s an unexpected, but perfect, beer style for a coconut addition: barleywine. This one is aged in whiskey barrels. The base beer for this creation is The Bruery’s English-style barleywine. Added coconut gives this beer a tropical flavor and aroma, which plays well with its existing burnt caramel and vanilla notes. Schnebly Brewery Big Rod Coconut Ale

Dea Latis is named after the Celtic Goddess of beer and water, who was worshipped in Roman Britain. According to the recent study and Yougov poll, only 17% of British women drink beer compared to 53% of men. Almost half of young women (48%) do not drink beer or have not tasted beer. It discovered that male-oriented advertising and ‘being judged by others’ are the two main barriers. Besides this, the misconception of the taste and calorie count also deter women from trying beer. The study also discovered that female attitudes, perceptions and beliefs about beer have not moved on from a similar study conducted a decade earlier, despite the beer industry trying to evolve and be more inclusive. Sadly, most women still hold a negative opinion about beer and perceive it to be a man’s drink! You are empowering women farmers👩🏽‍🌾 and artisans in marginalised communities through development programmes and providing them with job opportunities, ethical pay and a work-life balance. While chocolate is not technically added to this gem of a beer, you’d never know it. The chocolate notes are pronounced, playing off of the toasted coconut flavors and even offering hints of espresso and malted milk ball. At Neitiv, we believe that everyone should be able to enjoy our Coconut Flower Beer, regardless of gender. Our Coconut Flower Beer For Women is not intended to exclude anyone. The purpose of our slogan is to raise awareness, promote solidarity, and challenge the deeply ingrained stigma in many cultures towards women drinking beer and alcohol. As global citizens, we feel an obligation to speak out against any form of discrimination and injustice, including the mistreatment of women who enjoy beer or alcohol.Tell WOMEN in your life how AMAZING they are! Let’s celebrate your amazing wife, partner, mother, daughter, sister, girlfriends and female entrepreneurs.

After toasting in a low oven for a couple of minutes blot the coconut between a few sheets of kitchen paper to remove the excess oils. Many trend-watchers have declared coconut 2016’s flavor of the year. Firmenich, a Swiss company in the perfume and flavor business, credits coconut’s trendiness to the emergence of coconut water at yoga studios. Personally, I’ve observed an emergence of coconut beers at breweries. Here are seven beers brewed with the flavor of the year. Oskar Blues Brewery Death By CoconutHey Neil , this sounds delicious , i need to clarify though, you mentioned above about adding coconut at the end of bil and again in the ferment . Did you split the 160 gram between the two additions ? thanks.. The sediments and floating in Coconut Flower Beer is natural, as it results from the secondary fermentation with Coconut Flower Drops. Reducing the sediments would require a harsh filtration process which could affect the quality of the beer. We decided to retain the sediments, to cherish the drink’s purity and freshness. Enjoying Coconut Flower Beer with sediments is part of the experience, as the live culture from the mother ingredient enhances the taste. Our research shows that while in the past many preferred crystal-clear beverages, this perception is changing due to a new-found appreciation of raw, authentic and unrefined plant-based natural beverages. GUIDE TO OPENING THE RING CAP Less bloating*: Our focus group found unanimously that Coconut Flower Beer does not cause an uncomfortable, bloated feeling. We’d love to hear if you agree, so please share your experience by writing to us. On its own dried coconut is fairly coconutty (not surprisingly) but a little one dimensional. Along with this is the fat content which is a lot higher than I was expecting. In a bid to get a better result and alleviate these two problems I decided to toast the coconut. Toasting The Desiccated Coconut This is a favorite among East Coasters, especially as Yuengling is based in Pennsylvania. As the name suggests, there’s Hershey’s in the batch, affording a nice sweetness that lifts up the earthy qualities of this relatively light porter. At under 5% ABV, you can have a few and not beat yourself up about it.

There is no doubt that coconut adds a special something to food and drink alike, this is also the case for beer. The range includes three types of lager; Ninkasi (sweet with a rich coconut finish), Menquet (bright and light with a hint of hops) and Dea Latis (crisp and soft with a mild hoppy finish). With the ABV ranging from 1.5% – 4% and calories as low as 24/100ml calories per beverage, the range has a beer for every taste. I believe empowerment, mindfulness and sustainability are interconnected to create an equal, peaceful and prosperous world." ~ Vaani VetriKo, co-founder of Neitiv Hi! I’m still getting to grips with home brewing but have tried your small batch milk stout recipe a couple of times (successfully); would the process for this coconut milk stout be the same as the small batch milk stout, in terms of boil temperature and timings? I’m assuming that we can easily turn this into a small batch by simply reducing the ingredients? Reply
