While the Hori Force Feedback Racing Wheel DLX does not have class-leading force feedback, it does offer the fundamental immersive upgrade that every “sim” style racing game fan needs to experience. As soon as you have put your brand new wheel together, you need to attach it to a suitable sim rig or stable desk. If you’re likely to get a shifter in the future, or like the idea of a GT Sport steering wheel, it’s great – but if not, the T300RS is still a great purchase.

My main gripe about the T300 is that that they are simply incapable of maintaining strong forces and after extended play the T300 inevitably falls into safe mode and cuts the strength of the force feedback. Thanks to its direct link to the brushless motor, the system removes the possible presence of any dead zones and decreases uncomfortable jolting, without detracting from the power with which effects are transmitted to the user, for optimal realism in all racing environments.
