Synthetic paint brushes hold less paint and don't give as high a quality finish as natural bristles do, however, synthetic paint brushes are a lot more durable. We strongly recommend that you have all the checked materials on site prior to bringing in any sub contract labour as we cannot be held liable for any shortages or failures to deliver that may occur. Any consignment that, on the instruction of the purchaser, is to be left by our carrier unsigned and unchecked, is at the risk of the purchaser. We strongly recommend overboarding roofs with a minimum 10mm ply or OSB and using the water based glue.The Contractor all-purpose paint brush is a high-quality paint brush that is suitable for all types of paints and lacquers. Lead times are shown on the product and trolley pages and are always advertised in working days (Monday to Friday). This brush can be used with a variety of adhesives and primers necessary in EPDM roofing installation. If the substrate is sound and the felt cleaned of dust etc then the EPDM can probably be adhered directly to it using contact adhesive (although this is more tricky to install).

Each brush is 220mm long and 50mm wide and has lacquered handle meaning that this brush is easily to clean. Our contact adhesive can be used for this type of application but, unlike our water based glue, this is quite tricky to do on large areas. A 2 inch paint brush is an essential tool in roofing projects for applying adhesives to EPDM membranes.
