Armaf would be better off making 2 types of bottles like say tom ford do and just changing the name and having a prive line and a regular because the bottles are a real let down. Despite it's being not a clone, but a damn good inspired fragrance with it's own twist in my book, the more I wear this juice, the more I like it. Fruity Floral fragrance that begin with the lively scent of bergamot, lemon, peach and litchi is followed by the heart consisting of the delicate floral notes of jasmine, cinnamon and lily of the valley mingling with apple and ending with sandalwood, musk and cedar wood. This is an exact clone of Platinum Egoiste, if this is a bad perfume, its because PE is a bad perfume, but PE has worst performance overall, works like a EDC.

I don't know if my 04/2022 batch is extremely weak compared to older ones, but this Armaf Legesi is not a worthy clone of Chanel Platinum Egoiste at all. Just got this one and I'm very impressed by the performance, this one has far better performance than all my Armaf fragrances, 3 sprays on body I notice the fragrance all day long, the sillage is just crazy (yes I read some bad reviews about the new batches performance, I'm thankful I got a good batch). I would say the Legasi has a slight sweetness to it, only very slight, which balances out the metallicness of the smell. What I do smell is Maison Margiela "At the Barbers", a soapier scent that's similar being a woody green, but a little musky like Legesi. The opening was very CPE-esque but in the mid and dry down I found it to sweeten up a lot, with a candied licorice vibe. Instead, it's simply a more contemporary one, poured into a strangely designed bottle that you can't grab by the top or you might break all of your other surrounding bottles.

PE gives off a very ethereal vibe, layers well spaced and defined, so smooth and an amazing sandalwood based drydown.

But despite its obvious similarity to PE, Legesi essentially does what the Pride of Armaf did with Sauvage - it begins exact and then transforms into something completely unique. So I went and got a 3rd bottle, then a 4th, then a 5th trying to recapture what I had with the first one. But for the money spent, Legesi gets you very close to the original at face value, and lasts a very long time. Chanel Quality in the scent, doesn't smell cheap or harsh like some other Armaf like Club de nuit intense man, sure it has a metallic smell upfront but in the sillage it is very nice and Airy and beautiful.
