Arran and Ratana founded Nature’s Path in 1985, but the idea was planted much earlier - as far back as the 1930s.

These are a great gluten free breakfast, they are VERY crunchy so I prefer to give them half a min in milk before i eat them. The certified-organic ingredients inside our flakes have been grown in harmony with nature, reducing exposure to toxic synthetic chemicals and GMOs. Corn meal*, corn flour*, raw cane sugar*, flaxseed* (5%), buckwheat flour*, quinoa* (4%), amaranth* (2%), sea salt, antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract. Corn meal* and/or yellow corn flour*, cane sugar*, flax seeds*, buckwheat flour*, quinoa*, amaranth*, sea salt, tocopherols (vitamin E). The flakes have a natural sweetness to them so I don't need to add any sugars/sweeteners and I suspect that they flavour would balance perfectly with coconut milk (not the creamy cooking coconut milk, but the boxes of coconut alternative 'milks' that have gotten popular lately). These deliciously crunchy gluten free flakes are the perfect canvas to add sliced fruit and other toppings.

You can be assured of proper weight even though some settling of contents normally occurs, during shipment and handling. Organic, gluten free and high in fibre (10 g of fibre per 100 g), this Mesa Sunrise cereal is deliciously crunchy and even stays crunchy in milk!
