Lorna Scobie grew up in the depths of the English countryside, climbing trees and taking her rabbit for walks in the fields.There is loads of detail to explore in the pictures, particularly on the spreads filled with mice and cats of all varieties! Received this book as a gift and on first review thought it would be cute, after reading the book i was absolutely disturbed by the illustrations and the message of the book. Incredibly detailed and intricate illustrations mixed with an hilarious story make this book a joy to behold.
