About this deal

If the problem is with the Anker battery and it is within our warranty coverage, we are glad to arrange a replacement to you for a try. The display of third-party trademarks and trade names on this site does not necessarily indicate any affiliation or the endorsement of PCMag.

But is it the right size for you and will it suit you to recharge your phone, tablet and other accessories on a daily basis? Seems odd to me that all the lights turn off when fully charged since I am used to seeing the LED lights on other things I have charged to be steadily lit rather than turn off. Did so until it depleted, than a problem described above occured - only second time I’m trying to charge it up, goes well 'till 3rd LED, but the 4th just keeps flashing. But there's no pass-through charging, which would allow the PowerCore+ to charge other devices while it is plugged in. I bought an anker 13000 first, charged it over night(12hrs) the indicators never went over, charged my Huawei Nova 3i before it was full the power bank stopped charging. There are four tiers and four lights, so you'll know when your device has approximately 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% charge. During last charging duty a phone remained connected, so LED went off when phone got to 100% - but soon after it carried on charging as a percent dropped. There’s 4 blue lights that indicate how much juice is left in the Anker Powecore, 4 lights being fully charged down to 1 meaning nearly empty. Although the weight is debatable, this isn’t a phone charger I would carry in my pocket, or any charger for that matter, but I would definitely carry it in my messenger bag, camera bag or backpack.

Surge protection, short circuit protection, and more advanced safety features keep you and your devices safe. This particular model has a single micro usb input for charging (with the supplied cable) and two standard USB outputs for charging any USB device. They don’t have the “memory effect” you may of heard of it, so you can charge your PowerCore at any time. High-speed charging: PowerIQ and VoltageBoost combine to deliver the fastest possible charge (does not support Qualcomm Quick Charge). Outlets and voltage differ internationally and this product may require an adapter or converter for use in your destination.I’m using the USB A - to USB C cable as I thought that was the recommended one to charge the Powercore itself. And one more thing i charge my samsung galaxy A 51, 3x only and my power bank shutdown no more power!
