The system is meant to be actively cooled, but the DeskMeet B660 unit by itself doesn't have any fans bundled with the chassis. Not sure about the other deskmini models, but you do not have to remove the CMOS battery as some claim. I know that in multicore we have power limitation with the Deskmini B660 but I don't know what it's going on with my single core performance because I only achieve the half normal punctuation. While allowing for installation of socketed processors, the form-factor could not support a discrete GPU slot.The vrm and chipset might still need some better cooling options but this board now open some new opportunities.
