Well, going on the elimination diet proved swiftly that I cannot even tolerate trace amounts of onion and garlic, but the recipes in this book don't make me miss them at all.

This book is my go to, with having a gluten and dairy allergy and recently having to try low fodmap my dietitian reccomended this cookbook. If you are not keen on a certain food then there are plenty of other recipes that you can substitute with.
