Nestled in the beautiful and historical Ripley Castle Estate, seat of the Ingilby baronets for centuries. Fresh lavender, blended with citrus notes from pink grapefruit and orange peel, beautifully accentuates the flavour. Reminiscing our grandmothers’ crumbles, we were inspired by the abundance of this vibrant plant in the gardens of Ripley Castle. We’re a family-run, small batch distillery based in the beautiful Ripley Castle Estate in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Master Distiller, Tom Nichol, has lovingly created this classic gin by fusing traditional processes with a modern approach.Inspired by the health qualities of this timeless fruit and dreaming of holidays with clear blue seas and skies, Blueberry Harrogate Gin was born. Most of our botanicals are grown in the 750-year-old gardens within the Castle walls as we’re passionate about our location, the environment and keeping everything as local as possible. We suggest peeled cucumber, ice and Mediterranean Fever Tree tonic or a wedge of pink grapefruit with a light tonic.
