I've kept 2 gaming mice in rotation because I play MP/co-op games with friends twice a week but I'd like to reduce the number of devices and I figured this was the best place to start asking. The Logitech MX ERGO is better than the Logitech MX Vertical, but they're two differently-designed mice. This mouse is very heavy, but it doesn't make much of a difference because, thanks to its trackball, you don't need to move it around. I guess it has to do with the trackball freewheeling unless you stop it and have it just a degree off, and the lines are drawn like above. Once the mouse is set up, you can customize its eight buttons and adjust tracking speed by installing the Logitech Options software (as with the Unifying receiver, installation is unnecessary if you already use the software with another Logitech peripheral). The back and forward buttons are somehow too far from my index finger, so I don’t use them all that much.
