The story revolves around a girl named Miko who is able to see terrifying and disgusting monsters that no one else can see. Since I somehow had become Immune to fear or something, whenever I watched a horror title I would look for that.

Miko is cursed to see the ghouls that haunt every single space, public and private, but that remain invisible to almost everyone going about their daily lives.To keep her usual daily life, she pretends not to see them, as well as making efforts to prevent her best friend Hana from seeing them. In his mind, it's a curse – he's a samurai who can't use a steel blade, a man who can't even get a close sha.

I like reading this manga but the one that I’ve noticed is its slow pacing on how the protagonist can get rid of the hostile ghosts that she encounters.

Cause while 37 chapters into the series, we have yet to get explanation to why she sees ghosts and see her helping them as well. I have read titles like Hideout, Jisatsu Circle, Happiness, Ibitsu, Shikabane Hime, Mushihime, Uzumaki, Tomie n many other titles under Itou Junji pencil.
