We were able to get about 49 full brushing sessions with a full charge which comes out to about 25 days of brushing. On the handle is a single button, which serves to turn the brush on and off, plus a large color touchscreen that allows you to switch between modes by swiping and tapping. I’m used to using a fairly standard Oral B electric toothbrush which makes my head rattle with the noise, but at least gives me a reassuring feeling it’s doing something when in use.

Oclean has updated our UI to enhance the experience of the toothbrush's function, the latest firmware update can be found on the Oclean App, please download and upgrade your UI to the latest version, thanks. As long as you have the international version of the brush and the EU version of the app, you should be fine. It would also have been great to have an additional toothbrush head included as many of the competitors come with at least 2 heads, compared to the 1 in this package. The first thing you’ll notice about the Oclean X Pro Elite is that it’s quiet – even quieter than the Oral-B Series 9.It is also a nice conversation starter because people will ask about the sleek brush with the cool screen. Instead, the info syncs with the app after you’ve finished, and presents you with a map of your brushing efforts, together with a score. The charging base was also a very nice color so we can only speculate that the other colors would have the same level of visual appeal as ours did. Xpro can customize the exclusive brushing program for users based on their above terms to meet the needs of thousands of people. You can also add more information to enable the Oclean X Pro Elite to choose a profile for your cleaning.

The handle has a sleek design, and its touchscreen menus make choosing your preferred option a breeze, even with wet hands. To be clear, this isn’t the first toothbrush with a built-in screen, and it won’t be the last (see the Oral-B iO), but we felt that we had to add this to our test group to see if it lived up to the hype. If you’re after something a little more “tech-inspired” than your manual brush, the Oclean X Pro Elite is a great brush to have.The app really adds quite a bit of value to the toothbrush as well so if you aren’t interested in using the app, the toothbrush may not be worth it for you. Great electric toothbrush with “sonic “ action rather than a rotating head, works in conjunction wit an app though you don’t need to use this, can be controlled on the brush.

The Oclean X Pro Elite is just one of Oclean’s dental-focused range, with water-flossers and sterilisers adding to the plethora of toothbrushes on offer. When you open the app it shows the last synced cleaning, the last used mode, and for how many days you’ve used the toothbrush. For example, the brush comes with its power setting on 18 out of 32, and right away, we wanted to try it at full power. The base of the Oclean X Pro Digital Smart Sonic Toothbrush comes in two parts, a base part that can be stuck to any surface and the charger. I did use Command strips to stick it to my mirror instead of the installed 3M foam tape in case I wanted to relocate the toothbrush at a later date.It is important to note that you can customize your brushing programs from the app, but you can also use the touchscreen display on the Oclean X Pro directly without using or downloading the app. I have not attempted to remove the sticker, so I can not tell you yet if it peels paint, but I sure hope it doesn’t. The Oclean X Pro Elite seems to be more picky than Oral-B and Philips brushes when it comes to covering all your teeth surfaces, which may be beneficial if your dentist tells you that you often miss a particular spot.
