Bear Grylls covers a lot of different topics in this book, leaving it to be a good option to read continuously or to pick up and put down from time to time. I haven't read his first memoir, but this one focuses on how he got started in TV, the adventures he's had over multiple shows, and what his life is like today, and since I know him best from his show Running Wild, I thought this seemed like a great place to start! Well, unlike a novel that has a story arc, this is simply a collection of stories about his experiences.I have found this book far more inspirational than I might have imagined I and I’d like to encourage others to read or hear it. Wild and the acclaimed NGC series Running Wild, global adventurer Bear Grylls has explored places few would dare to go. In a way my hope is that maybe Bear gets to read it because what I really want to do is say thank you.
