Home Entertainment's Tenet topped both the Blu-ray-only and overall packaged media charts for the fifth time in six weeks of release. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. The audio is fueled by the score more than sound design, and in general it seems like a simple step up in quality. I recommend a 50/50 mixture of water and rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) and be sure to use a clean microfiber cloth. Can anyone confirm if their Harry Potter 4K box set comes with extras such as the 8-part documentary Creating the World of Harry Potter? This upgrade allows the tone of the movie to cling a bit more to the more colorful production elements of the first two, helping bridge the gap to the more jarring aesthetic changes. Maybe it’s because it’s the first one I watched, or maybe it’s because the studio felt so many would jump for this one first (it did get it’s own individual 20th anniversary re-release this year). Discover filmmaking secrets, spell incantations, creatures, magical artifacts and more in this enchanting collection of fun activities and curiosities. It’s been a long, odd journey revisiting these movies with no distractions and dedicated to diggin into the audio-visual details to judge the improvement of the “Harry Potter” series to 4K. The main issue for me is the weird grain effect, you see it swirling around in parts, like on Hermione's face just before she leaves her home at the start of DH1. The best these films have looked upto yet I enjoyed revisiting these films again on 4k they looked and sounded good my only issue is I had to turn my TV up more then I normally would as these were quiter then some other 4k audio tracks other then that I had a great time with this set no extras on the 4k disc's I believe there on the blu ray disc's with there respective films! Very important to note that this particular series is for Region 2 UK and won't play on most Region 1 DVD players, so you will need a 'region free' player to view them unless you are in UK/EU areas. Looked the disc over and it had one barely noticeable smudge (had to be held at the perfect angle to see it).

There are so many practical elements in the first two installments that upscaling the image is more effective than with heavy CGI (which , fun fact, can’t yet be rendered at a 4K resolution).

When Harry Potter learns on his eleventh birthday that he is, in fact, a wizard, he is quickly swept up into the spellbinding world of Hogwarts School of Whitchcraft and Wizardry alongside new best friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. At the Mall, Harry is surprised to learn that he is indeed well known and in fact famous, seems everyone knows more than he does. I didn’t think these two would be next to one another, but the only real improvement more significant than those in ‘Part 2’ is the way HDR pulls color from the environment through the gray-ish color grading. Sure, it doesn't look like a brand new film, but given it was a modest budget film, it doesn't look too bad really. Harry had with i the company of Hagrid seen many wonders he'd previously known nothing of, even learning himself to be a Wizard though down the years strange unexplainable things had occurred. But perhaps the worst is the lack of time given to involve Cedric Diggory the poor student that holds the key to the climax, leaving his death lacking impact.

I have to admit by watching them with these 4K discs on a PS5 and LG OLED tv there is nothing to be jealous about seeing it in the theatres. obsidian1200 wrote:I've ran into the same issue, first 2 films report no key when using the latest hashed_keys file, but the rest seem to be going okay.
