But when Nicole talks about food, or nutrition, or homeopathy like she has any authority in this arena, it's extremely jarring. So much interesting information, peppered with stories and yet sometimes a little too light on the science behind the claims.

The audiobook is read by Nicole herself and is like having a ridiculously knowledgeable friend walk you through the science and then engage you with fun anecdotes. My problem reading this book was all the unimportant details that I had to read to extract useful information.
