The size of our recreational programmes are designed to reduce waiting lists and get as many people as possible involved in this incredible sport. As a fan of Nile's YouTube channel, I was initially concerned this would be a bare-bones retelling of what he already shares online alongside his friends and family, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading about all of Nile Wilson's gymnastics accomplishments; there are many and they are very impressive. It wasn't the most gripping and, as with many memoirs/auto biographies, it wasn't written perfectly, but despite that it was thoroughly enjoyable. Despite experiencing those dark days, Nile comes across as an optimist with an overwhelmingly positive message about how crucial it is to ask for help when you need it so you can avoid the pitfalls of self-pity that comes with self-destructive behavior.
