There are also a selection of different sizes, with different storeys and insulation options for the winter. And for the chic small pet, we even offer luxury hutches! With internal dimensions of over 6ft by 2ft by 2ft, and when combined with this large walk-in run, this hutch is made according to the RWAF’s, RSPCA’s and most Rabbit Adoption Charities size guidelines. Boyle's are rapidly making a name for themselves for very high quality, welfare centred bespoke housing - the smallest size this hutch comes in is 6' x 2.5' x 2.5' (going up to 8' x 3'). The hutch is tongue and groove redwood, with a plywood floor and 19g mesh. The legs, bolts and preservative are included and there are a range of option extras such as a higher stand, bunny-size side door and heavier weight mesh. They offer bespoke builds if you want any other features.
Our wooden hutches, like the majority of wooden hutch sold in the U.K, are not chew proof and we can't be held liable for any damage caused to or by your pet chewing or gnawing the product. Prolonged chewing can also weaken your hutch and decrease the protection they offer against foxes. Unfortunately, there is always the possibility that some rabbits and other rodents may chew parts of their hutch. This is out of our control and the onus really is on you to take the necessary precautions straight away to prevent or lessen the chance of them chewing parts of their hutch.My thoughts: A great quality well thought out design. Although this hutch might look on the more expensive range, keep in mind the extra 6" of width/height. That will give the equivalent of a 7.5' long hutch in floor space (25% more than the others listed). Flat Roof Rabbit Hutch A tongue and groove hutch, with sturdy 16g mesh and bolts as standard. Anybody with a larger garden can opt for one of our giant hutches. These 6 foot hutches combine a hutch and run so your rabbit has room to play and exercise. It also gives your rabbit access to plenty of grass and lots of spare room. This is a big hutch which can be moved if needed. However, due to weight and size, this should only be undertaken by two people. We do not recommend that you push or pull the hutch if you want to move it to a new location. Doing so can result in you damaging the hutch or weakening the structure.Ryedale Pet Homes have been designing and building high quality rabbit hutches for nearly 20 years. If you live outside these areas then unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery due to the high extra charges levied by the courier companies we use. You are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect from us, or we can deliver the items to a courier up north for onward journey to you.
