The company that creates the fine Derby Extra razor blade is located in India. They have been around since the 1950’s but Amusebat (current name) was founded in 1987. There is no doubt that safety razors are the preferred choice over multi-blade disposable razors. Single blades cut cleanly through the hair for a close and comfortable shave. Wondering if these are the same blade with performance perceptions fueled by comparisons to older pre-2016 Extra blades that did not work well for many B&B members. Of course, all of this will vary on your particular factors though. As they say, YMMV. But overall, I would recommend this blade for any man that has a light beard with fine hair. Great ConsistencyThe best razor blades sold in the UK, are the Derby 100 Derby Extra Shaving Blades in terms of quality and value for money.
