It pairs exceptionally well with cola, ginger beer, or fruit juices, creating refreshing and satisfying beverages. People often use it in baking and cooking to add depth and warmth to dishes such as rum-infused cakes, sauces, and marinades. Spiced rum is a delightful and aromatic variation of traditional rum. Infused with a tantalising blend of spices and other flavourings. While the exact recipe can vary from one brand to another, they commonly include cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and vanilla. These spices add complexity and warmth to the rum, creating a unique and flavourful profile. Muddle 10ml sugar and a few dashes of Angostura bitters until dissolved. Our bottle combines numerous elements, from the dog to the bridge and of course the vibrant red we associate with warmth, richness and proud heritage. Our rum is a delightful blend of the finest Caribbean spirits, blended in our Welsh distillery where the magic is added. Pour all the ingredients except Champagne/Prosecco into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain the mixture into a glass with ice. Top up the glass with Champagne/Prosecco, then garnish with a mint leaf. Mix 60ml of Devil’s Bridge Spiced Rum, 30ml lime juice, 15ml simple syrup (dissolved sugar will do), a few dashes of Angostura bitters and top up with Champagne/Prosecco. Serve in Martini glass and garnish with freshly clapped mint leaves.
