About this deal

This unobtrusiveness makes Pi a pleasant everyday companion, as he does not slay the surroundings with sweeping scent clouds. Sex and success sell, so celebs and artists who lend a sacred power to luxury brands are nothing new. I've been cold-shouldering Pi of Givenchy for years. He's been in the perfumeries for almost 20 years now and Givenchy have been producing some very nice fragrances which are also in my possession. I love this scent in spring, fall, and winter, although I do have friends that can easily pull it off in warmer months. Longevity is reasonable at 6-8 hours, and it holds its own as a stand-out scent in a room full of guys. Boisee is the epitome of quiet confidence, boy need not apply.

Out of all the best Givenchy colognes on this list, this is hands-down the fragrance that earns the most compliments from women. Pi has an intoxicatingly sweet, magnetic scent which seems to be what makes it so attractive to the fairer sex. For some guys, the level of sweetness is too much of a good thing. However, if you’re comfortable in your masculinity and willing to embrace something that more unisex, it won’t disappoint. They say everything comes at a price, but luxury doesn’t always have to be expensive. The best Givenchy colognes debunk the myth that designer brands are only for the rich and famous. In summary, I must note that this fragrance has convinced me in the end but much more than all the tonka bombs, which are funny all declared for men, which were thrown in recent years in masses on the market. For me, this kind of fragrance is rather unisex anyway, but I don't need to tell you that. Yes, it has its charms all things considered. And was certainly quite great as a vintage. Givenchy Pour Homme is the go-scent for the classy man of all seasons. Whether you spritz it in the chill of winter or the heat of summer, it won’t disappoint. Its citrus notes keep it fresh and airy in the warmer months, while the vetiver and cedar work well when the temperature takes a nosedive. If you're not familiar with Pi and you're looking for a new scent, just go for it. It's very unique. There's a hint of patchouli in there -- typically NOT my thing -- but it somehow really works here. At the risk of sounding like a seedy, modern-day caveman, I'll just say it: In my experience the women have always adored this stuff. Do yourself a favor and never tell them what it is! Drives 'em nuts, in a fun way.The fragrance starts out sooooo deliciously almond-like, but the green notes (whatever that is supposed to be) leave a very fresh impression. Like mowing grass in the morning sun. The lemon and tangerine also help to make you think less about dessert. As is almost always the case with citrus fruits, these too will soon be gone, but first they will help the floral components to take off, which still harmonises well with the GREEN NOTES! Now Vanilla and Tonka are coming over to join in. Which is almost always a must with a good gourmet fragrance. But what is this? Oh, the musty cedar. What are you doing here? But now my nose finds this disturbing for the overall impression. Note to self: You are definitely not a cedar friend!

Let me introduce you to a lesser-known gem in the Givenchy cologne lineup; Givenchy Insense Ultramarine. This 1994 classic offering is by far the best Givenchy cologne for men wanting a splashy summer scent. Once at home, the research began to find out what the scent contains. I noticed how versatile a perfume can be - from tangerine and lemon to almond, cedar and tonka bean. This is where my journey began - the search for THE perfume, which as we all know will never end. Givenchy fragrances thrive under the endorsement of a host of popular celebrities. And the most recent singer-songwriter, actor, and producer Benjamin Clementine is the epitome of a true Renaissance man. He is the perfect fit for the Givenchy Gentleman fragrance series.A week later I asked my mother to buy me the perfume. Even though it was quite a high price for me at the time, I wanted it by all means. My mother agreed, because I was a teenager (15 years old), who was already satisfied with small things and had no big needs or wishes. I was beaming like a honey cake horse when I helped the scent in my hand and could wear it directly to the meeting with my friends. Unfortunately, Pi is very dimmed there. Since I only know the current version, I cannot compare it with the original version. But it should have been much more persevering and stronger. I've already read this here several times in comments and statements. At some point, the time came when I started to spend a lot of time with my older cousin again (with us it's ups and downs - sometimes we meet for months, sometimes not for years). Anyway, I got to know him as a perfume enthusiast. I have to say that he very often changes his personality and therefore develops new interests. When we strolled through Frankfurt's city center in spring, he took me to a Douglas, because he wanted to show me his favorite fragrances. One of them was Givenchy Pi. I was rather bored, because at that time I didn't have a nose for sniffing through countless scents. But he insisted that I should spray Givenchy Pi on my wrist. No sooner said than done: he sprayed it on me generously and I sniffed at it carefully first. Since I didn't have such a strong sense of smell yet, I couldn't really assign all the ingredients because I was rather able to do everything at once. But still I liked it. For me it was a very noble smell, which I had never smelled before. Nevertheless, I somehow had an image of marzipan in my head - even today. When we were on our way home, I had to smell all the time on my wrist, because for me it was like a new world opened by this scent. Unfortunately I can confirm that, I sprayed Pi this morning around 9:00 and hardly noticed anything after 12:00. On the skin not at all, on the clothes still a little. One could almost claim that the shelf life does not exceed the period corresponding to the number Pi, and that one is no longer perceived within a radius of 3.141...m.
