Maalox Advanced Maximum Strength Oral Suspension Concomitant use of aluminium products with quinidines may increase the serum levels of quinidine and lead to quinidine overdosage.

If none of the above seem to work, Maalox Advanced Maximum Strength Oral Suspension or similar over-the-counter products may be recommended to you by a doctor or pharmacist. Maalox Plus Suspension 250ml This product may react with other medications (including digoxin, iron, pazopanib, tetracycline antibiotics, quinolone antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin), preventing them from being fully absorbed by your body. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist about how to schedule your medications to prevent this problem. Each bottle contains the following active Plus Maalox Suspension Ingredients in each 5ml: 230mg of dried aluminium hydroxide gel, 200mg of magnesium hydroxide and 25mg of simeticone. For Maalox Plus Suspension pregnancy make sure you speak to a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine if: Before taking this product, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to aluminum hydroxide; or to magnesium; or to simethicone; or if you have any other allergies. Get medical help right away if you have any very serious side effects, including: slow/shallow breathing, slow/irregular heartbeat, mental/mood changes (such as confusion), deep sleep, pain with urination. This product contains sorbitol (E420). Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance should not take this medicine. Frequency not known: hypersensitivity reactions, such as pruritus, urticaria, angioedema and anaphylactic reactions This medicine may contain aspartame. If you have phenylketonuria (PKU) or any other condition that requires you to restrict your intake of aspartame (or phenylalanine), consult your doctor or pharmacist about using this drug safely. In patients with renal impairment, plasma levels of both aluminium and magnesium increase.
