About this deal

The adjustment is somewhat clumsy very rude, and especially handling the LGX Lite lever was hurting my fingers. On the LGX was surprised that out of the six levels only the first two are useful for rigid filaments. The way the mounting features are designed in are I have included a cover to allow a connector at the probe but the wire management will be less than ideal..

Install the strain_relief or cable_chain_mount with two M3x6/8 screws and the cable_door with a M3x10/12 screw. Close the cable door with a M3x6 BHCS and screw in the extruder tensioning thumb screw. Volumetric extrusion is an option you can set in some slicers whereby all extrusion amounts are specified in mm3 (cubic millimetres) of filament instead of mm of filament. The Dragon UHF and Rapido UHF hotends can fit in the same shroud. The UHF hotends will reduce Z travel by 8.5mm and the VolcoMosq by 3mm. I cannot verify the fitment so if there are any issues please leave a comment. The filament entry ring is printed out of a transparent material which is lit by a bi-color LED to show status as follows: New motor design offers ~40% increase in pushing force in real printing conditions and much improved acceleration performance vs the -36sth20-0504 Pre-assemble the extruder pieces before installing into the shroud. Use two M3x8 BHCS to install the Orbiter 2.0 extruder. It helps to have both screws in the Orbiter before putting it in place. Start the screw by the latch and then the blind screw should be easier to align. https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Test_and_calibrate_the_Z_probe#Section_Fine_tuning_the_trigger_height

To statrt isolating the problem /as an experiment I ran 50mm (requested) filament through the extruder body only (no lower nozzle assempbly) and got about 250mm of filament instead. For installation in a Trident or V2.4 use two M3x50 BHCS.

An M2 x 8 does the job fine. For mounting to the linear carriage use four M3 x 6 flat-head screws.
