Cold soy milk noodle soup (Kongguksu: 콩국수) is great for the summertime: it’s a dish of thin wheat flour noodles in a cold, creamy, nutty and refreshing soy milk broth. In a large mixing bowl, add the white miso, sesame paste, mirin, grated garlic and then combine well.

Digestive issues. Animal studies suggest that the antinutrients in soy may reduce the gut’s barrier function, possibly resulting in inflammation and digestive issues. Pour the soy milk on top of the noodles in each bowl. Place cucumber, egg, tomato pieces on top of the noodles. Add some ice cubes if you use. Yet, studies typically fail to observe any long-term negative effects of soy formula in healthy, full-term babies ( 53, 54, 55, 56).
