About this deal
It's easy to move the AF sensor any place in the frame, far better than DSLRs which put all their AF sensors only in the middle of the frame. The X-T1 is a fraction the price, size and weight of a Canon 5D Mark III or Nikon D800, and it's a very serious camera. Get one, I did! It's so much better than any of my digital LEICAs.
Consecutive movie recording : approx. 103 min. (Face detection is set to OFF) * Individual movies cannot exceed approx. 14 min. on Full HD mode, and approx. 27 min. on HD mode in length. *4 When Fujifilm released an updated lens road map at CES 2014, it kept something secret: that several of the lenses on it will be weather-resistant to match the X-T1. The lenses in question are the XF 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 R OIS WR, XF 16-55mm F2.8 R OIS WR, and XF 50-140mm F2.8 R OIS WR. The bad news is that these lenses won't be available until the middle of this year. Forget the manual focus ring. Instead, tap the AF-L button for spot manual focus in manual focus mode. It will focus immediately on the subject, and hold it indefinitely. Autofocus: The autofocus system on the X-T5 is a significant improvement over the X-T1. The X-T5 has phase-detection autofocus points covering a larger area of the frame, and it also has faster autofocus performance. This makes the X-T5 a better choice for fast-moving subjects and action photography. Geotagging / Wireless communication (Image transfer) / View & Obtain Images / Remote camera shooting / PC Autosave

Manual focus is by-wire, meaning the focus ring isn't connected to the lens. It's connected to a computer which in turn moves the lens sort of in the same direction as you're turning the ring, at least with Fuji's XC and XF lenses.
Fujifilm X-T1 review – Autofocus
I remember the first time I handled the X-Pro1 and how much I hated its buggy autofocus system. It has been over two years now and Fuji has come a long way to make its autofocus system fast and accurate. Despite all the claims about autofocus performance, something all current mirrorless cameras struggle with is continuous autofocus. While most AF systems do a pretty good job with stationary subjects, autofocus systems simply fall apart as soon as the subject moves. That’s where DSLRs still dominate today and will probably continue to do so for the next few years until mirrorless catches up. The challenge with continuous autofocus is the speed of rendering digital information.
Trigger pull is as expected, with the usual slight detents. There's some horizontal play in the button; this is no LEICA M3. The Fujifilm X-T1's 18-55mm kit lens provides an effective focal range of 27-83mm in 35mm terms, as demonstrated below.Geotagging, Wireless communication (Image transfer), View & Obtain Images, Remote camera shooting, PC Autosave
