Murphy is a player who has girl drama but can’t seem to stop thinking about one girl in particular. Sabrina is busy with school and her family’s political career but can’t think straight when Murphy is around. When Murphy and Sabrina realize they can have fun together without there being any drama or political motives, their chemistry is off the charts. Not only that but they really help to balance each other out, they’re perfect for one another. The care and love they show one another is so sweet you’ll have a tooth ache. Sabrina needs to know how to have fun and let her hair down more frequently while Murphy needs to know life is more than a game. Murphy and Sabrina's story was so much more than I could have ever imagined. Bella Matthews wrote an incredibly beautiful, up and down rollercoaster of emotions, through all the feels, magnificent path for these two characters. The depth and the way she constructed their every day situations, gave way to two people who grew, matured, evolved, and figured out who they were as new adults coming of age. She made me laugh, cry (like ugly cry), get mad, think, swoon, identify with the characters, and need a fan with all the sexyness. Murphy and Sabrina burn with so much passion, desire, and love...believe me, it will make you want and need a red head man in your life 😉! This is my first read from Bella and It definitely won't be my last. More Than a Game had me in my feels in all the best ways!!.

Its only so long they can both deny it and try to not let anything come of it. The build up to it all made me feel like a giddy 5 year old, I just so eager and ready for it to all fall into place for them. And you know you're invested when you rant and rave to your kindle 😂 The story starts with Brady meeting Natalie. They both have this Crazy pull but knowing She's Off-limits, as her twin Brother Cooper is Brady's Football Teammate & Her dad's his Coach, Brady tries to fight it. But it's HARD.If you’re a super fan of Bella and started at the very beginning of her writing, then you’ve met both Carys and Cooper on many occasions and you probably already know that someone has a crush on someone that may or may not be reciprocated. And, if you read Fallen King then you know we’re in for quite a traumatic story … hold on tight! Also, you might have figured out by now that the timelines of her stories overlap quite a bit and sometimes you’re reading what you already know etc etc etc, which brings me to the end of Changing the Game. As much as I appreciate a good GASP moment in a cliffhanger of a duet, this was just *sigh* … Carys & Cooper already have so many circumstances already in play in their story, was that really necessary? I know, it’s a me thing, but I just hate dramatics for the sake of dramatics, and this absolutely feels like that. I can’t go into details on why because spoiler, but UGH, why tho?! I simply loved everything about them and I know you will love them too! How can you not: "The slow smile I'm rewarded with hits me harder than any play on the field ever has. I want to be the man who keeps that smile there. I want to be worthy of this beautiful woman who's slowly changing my definition of winning." Bella's stories JUST KEEP getting better and I cannot wait to see where this world takes us next. Believe me, you will NOT be disappointed!

The way he was always wanting to see her, be around her and spend as much time together as they could. It truly showed a big change in him as a person, proving that it’s never too late to change. And that there was more to him than his appearance and how he carries himself on the outside.

Murphy and Sabrina are a couple who are united, totally in love and determined to forge a future together and I loved their commitment to one another and to their relationship. There is so much more to Murphy that you initially expect. Wow! More Than A Game is my first Bella Matthews book, and I was totally blown away!!! I loved everything about this book. can we also just take a moment to appreciate the amount of times "good girl" comes out of Coopers mouth!!! I love me a good praise kink!

Bella Matthews has hit it out of the park again with More Than A Game, it gives everything you want from a romance novel. A strong female who doesn’t give in, a swoon-worthy (sometimes possessive) alpha, comedy relief and just a hint of drama! I cannot wait to read Annabelle’s story in June.If you are a fan of the best friend's sister/brother's best friend romance trope, you're sure to love this book by Bella Matthews. It's also a good sports romance, as the characters are pretty surrounded by football. It does take place in High school, so reader be warned that these are younger characters. Touchdown!! Protective. Caring. Dirty talker. Just to name a few. Some people say they would walk through fire for you but with him, you actually believed it. It's also here Brady Chooses to Let go of What ifs & Go after what he wants: Her. (Even Cooper Can't Fault Brady as C knows He's a good guy!)
