I’ve found that with these little strips you can definitely achieve salon-like results that last just as long. Nailbeds are naturally very oily, preventing good adhesion of the strip. (This is more likely if you have oily/combination skin.) SOLUTION: Try using a nail dehydrator product to strip those excess oils out of your nailbeds prior to application of Ohora strips.

The beauty of the semi-cured gel strips is that they are very flexible and also stretchy. You can stretch them horizontally slightly to fit a larger nail. Some members have even stretched baby pedi strips vertically to fit on short nails, and thumb nail strips horizontally to fit on big toes.A non-UV/non-gel top coat was used over the nail strips. SOLUTION: Only use gel top coats that require curing under an LED or UV Lamp. Your manicure is done and as good as new for two weeks! You're all set, but if you like your nails to feel extra hard, we recommend you cure them under a UV lamp for a minute. In my experience, most brands of gel polish strips fall somewhere between the 50 % and 70 % cured range.
