First and foremost, I liked the fact that things were realistic and genuine. Violet put herself out there for Nash because she believed in him and truly loved him, she was patient with him and tried her best to understand his point of view on a lot of things. I really enjoyed the chapter lengths as well, they weren't long but they weren't short.
