Description

The next day after Sir Stinks-A-Lot caught the yesterday's version of George and Harold in the act of changing the letters on the sign he had a meeting with them later on that day after dismissing the other students. His office smelled horrible, and to make it worse, he then sprayed them with a foul stench coming from his new invention. This book was about Harold and George and their quest to take down Mr. Meaner. Mr. Meaner had created a spray that would turn kid to all be good and obedient. George and Harold probably being the reason because they were the biggest pranksters and Mr. Meaner hated it. MR. Meaner had first tried it on George and Harold's Clones, Old George and Old Harold. They noticed it when they got home to the tree-house and Old Harold and Old George had brought home and huge amount of home work.So George and Harold Got to thinking and went into the future to see themselves, except now they were thirty. Even though they were older they still remembered how to take down Mr. Meaner and eventually they did. Captain Underpants is portrayed much the same way as his book self, though he is less intelligent than his book counterpart as he believes that a mime is trapped in a box and he places an old lady in a tree along with her cat instead of helping the cat out of the tree as she wanted. Unlike the books, Captain Underpants acquires his powers after getting bathed in the Nuclear Toilet Water from Professor Poopypants' Great Mech Suit instead of drinking Extra Strength Super Power Juice.

In The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants series, he is both a villain and ironically a hero as well, but does not use the Sir Stinks-A-Lot identity, as he is Flabby Fabulous as an antagonist and Sergeant Boxers as a replacement superhero for Captain Underpants. Similar to his alter ego, Captain Underpants is a bald, overweight man. He has a pear-shaped body and a small piggy nose. Captain Underpants has green eyes, as shown by the appearance of Mr. Krupp's Dummy. In Book 3, it is revealed that he knows of his missions and heroics in the Treehouse Comix books George and Harold wrote of him. This is likely because, as discovered in Book 1, Mr. Krupp has taken away every issue of their Captain Underpants comics and has them in storage. (implying at some point he has read them all). This is an excerpt of a comic written and drawn by George and Harold's older future selves, following a more mature graphic novel art style reminiscent of Scott Pilgrim.Captain Underpants and the Invasion of the Incredibly Naughty Cafeteria Ladies from Outer Space (and the Subsequent Assault of the Equally-Evil Lunchroom Zombie Nerds): Collectors' Edition (2008) I expect that some more conservative families may argue children's books shouldn't get political, but the truth is, mainstream children's books get political all the time-- by excluding reality, not by including it. When families all look alike, all white and heterosexual and living in an expensive home as they are in so many childrens' books, it doesn't reflect the everyday truth of real kids in the real world. Pilkey chose to forge his own path, and it is only so worthy of note because he is among the first to do so in mainstream children's lit, which, to be honest, should surprise no one who has read the first 11 books of this series. He's just that kind of author--he makes the book he wants to make, even if some parents might not like it. These books were reported "coming soon-ish" at the end of the books. No further information or cancellation has been released since their tease.

Captain Underpants Presents: F.A.R.T.S. The Major Motion Picture (Made appearances in Super Diaper Baby 2: The Invasion of the Potty Snatchers ) Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy Part 2: the Revenge of the Ridiculous Robo-Boogers (2018) Dav Pilkey had looked to turn the books into a possible TV series, and he had imagined Chris Farley in the titular role. Around the same year the first book debuted to the public, Farley died of a drug overdose. [29] Defunct animation studio Soup2Nuts also attempted to produce an animated series based on the books in the early 2000s. [30] Some of the messages of this book were kind of disturbing to me as a parent. I hate the idea that my daughter may think that we would be happy with a brainwashed version of her that behaved perfectly, just because this book implies that this is what all parents want. I have talked to her about it but I'm not sure she's convinced that we prefer her the way she is. After all, we keep trying to teach her manners and such, right? :( I get that "kids good, grownups bad" is a popular trope to use for children's books, but this one really goes a bit too far. In the comic, he swallowed some kind of amulet that was going to be used to protect his home planet from spray starch.Dog Man • Dog Man: Unleashed • Dog Man: A Tale of Two Kitties • Dog Man and Cat Kid • Dog Man: Lord of the FLEAS • Dog Man: Brawl of the Wild • Dog Man: For Whom the Ball Rolls • Dog Man: Fetch-22 • Dog Man: Grime and Punishment • Dog Man: Mothering Heights • Dog Man: Twenty Thousand Fleas Under the Sea Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy - Part 2: The Revenge of the Ridiculous Robo-Boogers [ ] Frequently challenged books of the 21st century." American Library Association. Retrieved on October 25, 2013. The Captain Underpants Collectors' Edition Collection (Books 1–3 + 3 CD-ROMs; 1997–1999, 2005–2008) In the book series continuity, Captain Underpants no longer exists in Mr. Krupp's body, as Sir Stinks-a-Lot wiped his superpowers and the 3D Hypno-Ring's effect from his brain. This was thought to create a plot hole because when Tippy Tinkletrousers tries to kill Captain Underpants 30 years in the future George and Harold are able to snap their fingers to turn Future Mr. Krupp into Captain Underpants, but it was debunked as he transformed in an alternate univirse.

Captain Underpants and the Sensational Saga of Sir Stinks-A-Lot is the twelfth and final book in the Captain Underpants series, written and illustrated by Dav Pilkey. [1] The book continues after the eleventh book as George, Harold, and their clones switch places, only to find their gym teacher Mr. Meaner has become Sir Stinks-A-Lot, who turns his students into slaves. The boys team up with their adult counterparts to save the world. Dog Man is a comedic graphic novel series created by Dav Pilkey as a full spin-off book series to the Captain Underpants series. The series is about a dog-headed cop protecting the city he resides in with his friends. The series includes eleven books, the first released in 2016 and the latest in 2023. [7] The latest book in the series is called Dog Man: Twenty Thousand Fleas Under The Sea and it was released on March 28, 2023.

There's something rotten in the state of Ohio, and it's smellier than a pile of putrid gym socks! Steer clear—it's Sir Stinks-A-Lot!

Evil George and Evil Harold – Alternative versions and negative counterparts of George and Harold from an alternate dimension who are both intelligent and evil. They are the main antagonists, along with Captain Blunderpants, of the 8th book in the series. They helped Captain Blunderpants and unlike the sketchy, amateurish George and Harold they are good authors and illustrators (ironically, the main George and Harold consider the alternative George and Harold's work inferior). Additionally, they also tended to change the signs into evil phrases (while their counterparts often change the signs into funny words). The Adventures of Super Diaper Baby • Super Diaper Baby 2: Invasion of the Potty Snatchers • Super Diaper Baby 3: Petey’s Revenge He, Mr. Krupp, George, and Harold are the only characters to appear in every episode of The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants. Although the first few books came out regularly, the ninth book, Captain Underpants and the Terrifying Return of Tippy Tinkletrousers (advertised in a teaser at the end of the eighth book), was not released until 2012, after a six-year wait. During this time, Dav Pilkey was caring for his terminally ill father, who died in 2008. [17] In 2009, he signed a deal with Scholastic for four new books, the first of which was The Adventures of Ook and Gluk: Kung-Fu Cavemen from the Future, released August 10, 2010. The second was Super Diaper Baby 2: The Invasion of the Potty Snatchers, released June 28, 2011. [18] The third book, Captain Underpants and the Terrifying Return of Tippy Tinkletrousers, was released August 28, 2012. The fourth book, Captain Underpants and the Revolting Revenge of the Radioactive Robo-Boxers, was released January 16, 2013. The Adventures of Ook and Gluk: Kung-Fu Cavemen From the Future • The Adventures of Ook and Gluk Jr.: Kung-Fu Cavekids in Outer Space

The guy in chapter 20 is busy typing away on a cell phone twenty years in the future. Dav Pilkey decided to draw this phone as an old-fashioned flip-phone, poking fun at his own technophobia.Captain Underpants and the Invasion of the Incredibly Naughty Cafeteria Ladies from Outer Space (and the Subsequent Assault of the Equally Evil Lunchroom Zombie Nerds) (1999)
