The shop is in Northumberland Place, a pedestrian only lane that runs between Union Street and High Street. We are on the corner of Northumberland Place and Union passage. It is recommended that immediately following a session you drink plenty of water and try to take some quiet time. Most people feel physically and mentally very relaxed after a session, although sessions can bring up suppressed emotions, helping to release pent-up feelings. For a few hours after a session, and sometimes a few days, you may feel more emotional.

A gentle massage which may help relieve physical discomfort and fatigue by helping to release muscular tension. Please note that all appointment times quoted include time to for notes to be taken and for you to get changed. Similar to a Swedish massage, deep tissue massage uses a slower stroke, with firmer pressure and is particularly good as a therapeutic treatment for those with muscle tension or pain. The structure of your private lesson will depend on the style of yoga that your teacher practices, and which areas you've told them you'd like to focus on. Your teacher will be there to demonstrate and offer advice on your form as you go. You can expect to be challenged a little, but the intensity of the class is yours to set. The session will end with a relaxing wind-down and/or meditation to reset your mind for the rest of the day or evening.
