Twisted Hate was alright. I feel like the story dragged, and I was losing interest easily. However, I love the love of Josh and Jules to show each other. Whereas with Twisted Love and Games where I couldn't put the book down, Twisted Hate at certain points dragged, and I had to put the book down to get the story. My favourite book is Twisted Games. I love the story of Bridget and Rhys, and I believe that the storyline in that book was better written than the other three books. Bridget and Rhys's story is easy to follow due to the time jumps in the book. I love the ending of the book but feel that the ending of Twisted Love was slightly better. Rereading my favourite twisted book AND favourite romance book has to be the best decision I’ve made in a while… like the joy and happiness I felt while rereading this is surreal!! Rhys and Bridget will always be one of my favourite couples of all time and I honestly can’t get enough of them!!rhys talks dirty. other than that there’s nothing else about him that was appealing. tattooed and scarred. muscled. NEXT! And HE DOES NO WRONG!!!! He didn’t need to grovel because HE IS PERFECT IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE (if it isn’t obvious enough I’m pretty much in love with him lol) and the excuses people use for his actions are ridiculous “she stole from him” yeah because she was running from her past which was not his business. Bridget von Ascheberg. A princess with a stubborn streak that matches his own and a hidden fire that reduces his rules to ash. Now she’s forced to live a life she never wanted. This book does justice to the grumpy x sunshine trope along with the forced proximity trope. The mystery aspect of the book made the plot very interesting and kept readers rooting for this couple. This alone already had me hooked and in love but the way it was executed… COMPLETE AND UTTER PERFECTION!!!!!i felt every single emotion reading this book, but i mostly sad bcz of rhys and bridgets past. did i mention that its heartbreaking? bcz it is. This is Bridget and Rhys’s love story and they are so swoon worthy. Bridget is kind, smart and is the beautiful princess of Eldorra. Rhys is hot, possessive, protective and her bodyguard. Rhys refuses to ever get involved with his clients but he can’t seem to stay away from her. Bridget’s brother has abdicated the crown for love so she must prepare to be queen while hiding her forbidden romance with Rhys. Their pining, passion, chemistry and secret touches were chefs kiss 💋🔥❤️!! Undoubtedly, Stella and Christian are many readers’ favourite Twisted couple. Their chemistry and show-burn romance is top-notch. After a heated confrontation, Josh suggests a solution to get Jules out of his mind: they can become “enemies with benefits.” They agree to a causal relationship with specific rules. They won’t get jealous, there won’t be any emotional attachment, and most importantly, they won’t fall in love. What makes it worse is the fact Ana in no way a feminist because if she was she wouldn’t promote this monstrosity of work.

I feel like one will either love these books or absolutely hate them. The tropes in these books are so specific that I can see why some people hate them - Brother's Best Friend, Best friend's Brother, Neighbours, Forced Proximity, Grumpy Sunshine, Billionaire, College Romance, You Touch Her You Die, Mafia Romance, Alpha Male. If any of these tropes sound unappealing to you, then this series might not be for you. If you do like these tropes, you will probably love this series. A muscle flexed in my jaw as Bridget’s laughter floated over, joined by Steffan’s deeper laugh, and the urge to murder someone—someone male with blond hair and a name that began with S—intensified. the time jumps made this all the more unrealistic. it just added to the the telling and not enough showing. Rhys Larsen is a serious and arrogant bodyguard who protects important people. He has two important rules: always keep his clients safe and never get emotionally attached. He has never felt tempted to break these rules… until he meets Bridget von Achtenberg. She's nothing he expected and everything he never knew he needed. This man is BEAUTIFUL. All of the qualities i like in my alpha characters.
