Failure to set up the pool on a flat, level compact ground could result in the pool’s collapse or the possibility that a person lounging in the pool could be swept out. You need to take care when handling and storing chemicals for your pool. Make sure they’re stored in a cool, dry place and out of the reach of children. The frame will spontaneously begin rusting the moment the paint is chipped, scratched, or rubbed. The metal frame is manufactured in a way that will likely require you to replace part or all of it in the first 2 to 5 years of owning. This is normal. The pool will bend inwards until the pool has been filled up to 80% capacity. Please see the pool manual for more detailed information and images. Above ground winter pool covers are designed to withstand harsher weather, so it’s worth getting a cover that’s made for the season rather than relying on your summer cover. Maintain Pool Chemicals For larger debris that settles on the water, like leaves or twigs, pool leaf nets are ideal. Bestway Pool Cleaning Chemicals Over exposure to sunlight can cause the top ring to expand and become deformed. The fast set pools should not be placed in direct sunlight, unfortunately, this is not covered under the warranty. Fast Set Pool General Maintenance General Maintenance This is normally caused either by the pool not being set up on flat level ground or someone standing or leaning on the frame of the pool. We would suggest moving the pool to a more suitable location. We would also advise that you do not stand on the frame of the pool, the ladder must be used for entering and exiting the pool. This type of damage is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty so you may need to replace parts.
