Captain Norway’s dream seems to coincide near exactly and at the same time given the time zone differences, to the death of his brother and his description of Neville’s death recorded in the ships log is uncannily accurate to that of the crime!!! Can those amongst us who are not cranks, glory seekers or demon worshippers, who see and feel very real and eerie presences at Bodmin jail all be delusionist? Eerie it may be, awe inspiring it certainly is but one thing is utterly undeniable. You can sense real presences here.

Wheal Coates Mine was built in the early 1800s, opening its doors in 1802. It was closed in 1889, reopened in 1911 and then closed again in 1913. About

More than 35,000 prisoners were held at the jail, including 341 children. Fifty-five people, eight of them women, were hanged within the walls, some for heinous crimes such as murder (one woman, Sarah Polgrean, poisoned her husband, Henry, with arsenic hidden in a pat of butter), others for what through modern eyes seemed much more minor, such as sheep rustling or setting fire to a neighbour’s crop. The last execution took place in 1909. He had quite a fascinating life, nothing less than pure evil. He is said to have murdered his wife, children and he even sold his soul to the devil. He later had to beg and pay his way to an exorcism as the demons were troubling him too much and this led him to a somewhat early, yet deserved grave. On a cold and windy day, when this haunted place in Cornwall is deserted, some visitors have said they have heard spooky whispers. Many people were reporting levels above 2019.
