The COMPLETE CONTROL DUAL ACTION LEAD and its uses have been widely recognised by Dog Trainers and are used extensively by Trainers and in Dog Training Clubs throughout the U.K. together with work by Police & Service Dog Handlers. In this format hands-free walking, exercising or training can be done by putting the left hand and head through the loop with the dog walking or being worked on the left. If the dog is on the right then the right hand is put through. This is for standard or large breeds of dogs. If it is required for a smaller dog then adjust the lead as at “D” making the loop big enough to pass over the shoulder. I have started 3 weeks ago going for 8 mile walks twice a week for exercise. Every time I take my dog Bruno with me. He is a very powerful dog and although he is most of the time without a lead on some areas the lead has to be used as we walk near the main road. Modest praise or tit bits can be used to take the dogs attention away from the DOGALTER.
