The HS720G camera is equipped with a vibration-damping system to give the camera some stability for overhead shots. Videos recorded on the drone SD card will have a higher resolution than those streamed and saved on your phone.The Holy Stone HS720E Drone is not foldable unlike it’s predecessor (HS720), making it more robust. The DJI Mavic Mini is my best DJI alternative to the Holy Stone HS720. What I like about the Mavic Mini is that it has a long flight time of 30 minutes. Not just that, it comes with a triple battery for triple the fun and a 2.7K HD camera attached to a 3-axis gimbal that provides camera stability and smooth footage. 3. Holy Stone HS430 (Best Budget Holy Stone Drone) Most people buy drones for their ability to capture aerial photos and videos, so the camera is an important feature. The image quality produced by the HS720R is OK for absolute beginners, but like other Holy Stone models, it’s not the drone’s strongest point. The camera offers a wide 130-degree field of view, but the gimbal only pitches between 0 to 70-degrees so it can’t face straight down at the ground. As you can see in the image below, the HS720G is only slightly bigger than its smaller brother, the HS175D. With folded arms, it measures just 164x90x63mm and weighs 377g (with battery). Being over 250grams, you will need to register it in most countries. The overall design of the drone isn’t too dissimilar to its predecessor, apparently, the only notable difference is in the front (the camera).

The Holy Stone HS720G is the best alternative to the HS700E. The HS720G can be considered a professional drone and a better alternative to more expensive drones. Here, I’ll go over what I like and don’t like about the Holy Stone HS720G Pros: What I Like About the Holy Stone HS720G A user-friendly app can be installed on your Apple or Android smartphone to control flight and advanced modes with a live camera view. App requires use of phones with 802.11ac WiFi capability. Before purchasing this drone, I strongly recommend that you first verify that your phone can indeed use 802.11ac WiFi. Just do a simple internet search using the terms "802.11, your phone's model name, and specifications". Then see is 802.11ac WiFi shows up under your phone's specification. While the HS720G drone has many features, it also has some downsides that you should know about. For instance, this quadcopter comes with one battery only, and it takes too long to charge. The charging time indicated in the user manual is not correct.
