Pure’s team of UK-based engineers have tuned the Siesta in a way that provides authority and scale, while also performing well with talk radio. The Siesta Rise doesn’t come with an equaliser, however, so you’re limited to the factory setting. While the CrystalVue LCD display takes up the entire front face, the Siesta features auto-adjust brightness based on its surroundings. This considerate feature ensures the Siesta doesn’t disturb your sleep pattern. There’s also the option to make this adjustment manually if the responsiveness of the display isn’t to your liking. Siesta Rise has three alarms. The alarms switch the radio on (if in standby) and tune to a digital or FM radio station or sound a tone. Setting a radio alarm Engineered and hand tuned’ by Pure’s audio experts in the UK, the Siesta provides high-detail digital quality reception. The product also includes a standard 3-year warranty. The time and date on Siesta are automatically set by the FM or digital radio signal. If the time/date on Siesta is not updating automatically, you can manually set it. These form the first set. The second set consists of a power button, a snooze/station selector placed between two scrollers, and lastly, the sleep button.

Sound quality on the Pure Siesta Rise is perfectly adequate, although its not going to shake the foundations of your living space.
