The author, Maulana Idris Kandehlawicompleted his studies at Mazahir 'Ulum (Saharanpur) and Darul Ulum Deoband in India. His teachers included the likes of Maulana Khalil Ahmad Saharanpuri, 'Allamah Shabbir Ahmad Uthmaniand 'Allamah Anwar Shah Kashmiri. He stood out asa scholar of hadith and tafsir, as a poet and ascetic. He was a man of learning and spent his life immersed inthe study and teaching of the sacred sciences. He authored a number of books on tafsir, hadith, andIslamic theology.
Bin Abi Waqas and Sayyiduna Talhah Bin ‘Ubaydullah رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُم also joined the fold of Islam. Amr ibn al Aas turned around and said: I have been through 3 stages in my life: At the first stage the most despised man to me was Muhammed(صلىاللهعليهوسلم), and my desire was to get my hands on him and kill him, he says. "Had I died at thattime, I would have definitely been in Hell fire". He continues, "and then Allah put the love of Islam in my heart and I went to Muhammed(صلىاللهعليهوسلم)and said: I want to become Muslim, extend your hand so that I may pledge myallegiance to you". "So Muhammed(صلىاللهعليهوسلم)extended his hand forward, and I pulled my hand away". Rasool Allah(صلىاللهعليهوسلم)asked Amr about what was the matter?Amr Ibn al Aas said:أريدأناشترطلنفسي ,“I have a condition”. Rasool(صلىاللهعليهوسلم)asked him: “what is your condition?”He said my condition is to get pardon, and clemency.This was because of the regret of what he had done in the past and wanted to be forgiven for all he had done.This is the eagerly awaited biography of the Beloved Prophet Muhammad (May Allah Bless Him and Grant Him Peace).
