Honest review. I took 3 pills at 6pm. Went to bathroom at 10pm. Until next day 11am. 11 times. Puked twice. One advice i give is besides drinking after every please have hemorroid relief ointment because after 4 rectum was swollen and burning. That was so painful after to . It burned. I wish i had done that. So far i lost some 11lbs. Took a day off cause am still dizzy and needs to rest.and rehydrate. My stomach is much flatter but otherwise it is the start ofy weight loss journey and i think this cleanse is the best i could ever choose to start it. But man it aint no joke.
