But if you’re an espresso nerd looking for something to take camping, hiking, or just on business trips, we think it’s a great option. Sure, it’s a lot bigger than the other contenders on this list, but it’s also extremely capable. The Flair can pull legit, professional shots. Cafflano Kompresso is the most compact and the lightest hand-held espresso maker. Its hydraulic compression (Pascal's Principle) amplifies the extraction force of authentic espresso and squeezing handles (handgrip) maximize the compression force to make consistent high-pressure over 9 bars.
