People with an active peptic ulcer or bleeding in the gut; those who've had two or more episodes of this in the past; and people who have ever experienced bleeding or perforation in the gut as a result of taking an NSAID. The bioavailability and pharmacokinetic profiles of ibuprofen and paracetamol taken as this product are not altered when taken in combination as a single or repeat dose. If ibuprofen is used in combination with quinolone antibiotics, such as ciprofloxacin or norfloxacin there may be an increased risk of seizures (fits). This may occur in people with or without a previous history of epilepsy or convulsions.
